JW Auto Care is the best! As a female, its always really frustrating going to a mechanic and feeling like they might be taking advantage of you but I've never felt that at JW. They take care of you and try to do everything in your and your cars best interest. Thanks for helping me over the last year!

This was my first time using JW Auto service and I cannot impress enough what a great experience it was! The staff is welcoming, friendly, thorough, and honest and the fees are very reasonable. You can just tell that they strive to provide excellent service to their customers. Definitely going back and I highly recommend this fine place!

I have been taking our Mercedes S Class and our Camero to JW f or about 3 years and I must say they are the best! Lets just cut to the nitty-gritty. They are not the cheapest, and if cheap is what you want verses the job done right the first time, then don't waste their time or yours. They are also not horribly priced! They do not force repairs either! We have taken the cars there for warranty work (after market) and JW has the freedom to "find" any thing that needs fixing and they don't come out with a laundry list of items. Now both cars were serviced by the dealers until out of dealer warranty, so outside of ware and tear for the milage and use, we know there is not a lot of neglect prior to JW. If you have to use a shop, JW is great. Lets also talk about their customer service: I am disabled and we don't need both cars on a daily basis so we put a lot on the back burner and I have a problem with speaking and mild cognitive issues, and Jim has gone above and beyond in his way of dealing with me personally and then my husband. We even left our spare key there for months and when we finally had the time and took the Camero back, they still had the key. I would have thr

I LOVE MY CAR! I say that to say that I am VERY particular about who works on her. I needed a clutch and had a horrible experience with Transmission Center in Mesa so I took to the internet and found JW which was near my job and had great reviews. After the clutch replacement something was still off, it didn't feel right and it was shifting weird. Instead of telling me I'm crazy because I had a new clutch or it's not their problem the folks at JW actually listened to me, investigated like crazy and after a bunch of trial and error figured out the issue (which ended up being the new clutch). They warrantied it, got a dealer part and she's back to normal!! I am a PAIN when it comes to my car and these guys didn't sent me packin'. Their INTEGRITY will go a long way because now I will tell everyone! Special thanks to Ryan and JD!

My first experience taking my car to JW Auto Care. It was excellent!!! As soon as you walk in, they greet you and make you feel right at home. Jim and Ryan are the best! Service was excellent and can't beat their pricing for oil change or repair service. I recommend that if you aren't already going there for service you start. You will not be disappointed!!
